The crystal-shaped skyscraper with a height of 200 meters and total area of 60 thousand square meters will be located on the side of 1905 Goda Street, and a building with a height of 57 meters with an area of 13 thousand square meters will overlook Mantulinskaya Street.
The tower, which will surpass some of the Moscow City skyscrapers in height, will have a composite sculptural shape, where on the lower floors cafes and shops will be situated, and at the very top of the building an observation deck will be open. The underground three-storey parking garage will have about 600 parking places and another 35 guest parking places at the open parking lot.

As the Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov said, «in the past, that project was supported by the Architectural Council of the City of Moscow, it was really very interesting. And I am sure that the implementation will be on the highest level. It will be a modern addition to the city image in the form of a crystal tower. In addition, there will be a walking area that will lead to the Moskva river.»
Sergey Kuznetsov also noted that it is necessary to pay special attention to the arrangement of the public space leading to the embankment, and suggested that the WTC Moscow should hold a separate competition of concepts for the pedestrian zone.
As the author of the project, the architect Sergey Choban noted, «together with the new buildings, the WTC complex will become a business cluster of the future with the highest quality of both office space and public spaces around, the lack of which today we can see in the area near Moscow City International Business Centre. The start of construction is scheduled for the next year and it will be completed by 2031.
