The Charitable Fund «Center for Assistance to Homeless Children» of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation celebrated its 20th anniversary in March 2022.
The Fund was created on the initiative of outstanding world figure Evgeny Primakov who had made enormous contribution to the care of homeless children. In 2019, the Fund was named after him.
The creation and renaming of the Fund has been made on personal approval of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Annual monitoring of activities is carried out not only by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, but also by an independent auditor and founder - the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
Implementing the main program «Our orphanage» the charitable fund named after E.Primakov makes a significant contribution to the future of the whole country.
Since its foundation, the Fund has managed to allocate more than 2.5 billion rubles of partners for charitable purposes, 500 million rubles of which has been invested directly by the Fund itself.
Within the framework of the main program «Our Orphanage», several areas of activity are being implemented: «Assistance to social institutions», «Health to children» and «Help in emergency situations».
The Fund actively supports orphans, especially children with disabilities, as the least protected and most vulnerable social group, social rehabilitation centers for minors, orphanages and boarding schools throughout Russia.
Helping social institutions involved in the upbringing, education and rehabilitation of orphans, the Fund transfers tangibles to them, provides the rehabilitation centers with the missing medical and rehabilitation equipment, organizes events for pupils, introducing them to the spiritual heritage of Russia, its cultural and religious traditions.
The Fund provides targeted assistance related to the necessary treatment or providing drugs, medical and other specialized equipment not only to orphans, but to disabled children with families who cannot be provided only at the expense of the state budget.
In the total amount of aid distributed to support of children with serious diseases, the Charitable Fund named after E.M. Primakov spent more and more significant amounts, mainly coming from donations from individuals, as well as from the socially oriented business community.
World Trade Center Moscow adheres to the policy of responsible business, providing assistance to the most vulnerable social groups and socially significant projects. The priority of the charitable activities of WTC Moscow is to provide financial support to the Charitable Fund named after E.Primakov, within the framework of which pupils of educational and social institutions receive the necessary assistance.
