On the 9th of January, 2022 the Symposium on Aesthetic Medicine (SAM) traditionally started its work at World Trade Center Moscow.
The Symposium on Aesthetic Medicine organized by the «Staraya Krepost» company is a unique project for Russia, designed for high-level professionals. The event, which will last from January 19 to 21, 2022, is held under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
In his welcoming speech to the participants of the Symposium, Chairman of the Board of Directors of WTC Moscow, President of the RF hamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Katyrin noted: «Modern medical cosmetology combines experience and knowledge in various professional fields aimed at controlling and correcting processes in the human body, affecting the internal and external signs of aging».
Sergey Katyrin also wished the participants, organizers and guests of the Symposium fruitful work, constructive communication and success in business and scientific cooperation.
Representatives of leading companies, scientific personnel of medical universities and clinics in Russia and abroad will take part in SAM-2022. Today, licensing requirements, the rules for the provision of paid medical services, and the requirements for compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological regime have been changed. As part of the Symposium, participants will exchange views and practical experience, and will be able to take part in debates between experienced practitioners and researchers in order to jointly develop optimal solutions for the industry development.
In parallel with the scientific program, the largest Russian specialized exhibition on aesthetic medicine SAM-expo traditionally operates on two floors of the WTC Moscow Congress Center, which is a dynamic projection of the state of the industry, reflecting the real state of affairs, the changes that have taken place, the results achieved and future development trends. This year, the latest equipment and technologies at the exhibition are represented by more than 140 exhibiting companies, including leading companies in the industry and about 20% of new market players who have established themselves as serious players in the market of products, preparations and equipment for aesthetic medicine. The exposition attracts many specialists with its narrow professional focus. During the three days of the Symposium, the exhibition is usually visited by about 5,000 beauty industry professionals from 50 regions of the Russian Federation.
The main scientific program of the Symposium has been compiled by the head of the publishing projects «Aesthetic Medicine» and «Les Nouvelles Esthetiques» of the company «Staraya Krepost», Ph.D., dermatologist, cosmetologist I.K. Zhukova with the support of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
